Where are you located?

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes I do! Just make sure that I can ship to your country before placing an order otherwise I will have to cancel and refund your order.

Please note that I do not collect any customs/VAT fees that your country may have and are not included in the product cost or shipping fee. Customers are responsible for paying anything required by their country via the local post office or collection centre. 

Can I host a Group Order for your shop?
Yes! Please send me a message through my contact page.

What are pre-order items?
Pre-order items are goods that have yet to be manufactured or has not arrived yet. They can usually take from a few weeks to 2 months to arrive. If you have orders with any pre-order items, then they will not be shipped out to you until everything arrives. I will usually update through my Instagram story on the progress of the goods.

What should I do if my package does not arrive?
If your package does not arrive between 1-3 weeks for the US and 1-6 weeks for International (especially due to the pandemic, please be patient), then please check USPS' missing mail page. Please also check with your neighbors and housing office (if applicable) in case there was any mail mix ups. Once I hand off the order to the post office I have no control over their delivery process.

What do I do if I wrote the wrong address?
Please contact me as soon as possible because once I drop off the order to the post office, it is out of my hands.

What do I do if I chose the wrong shipping?
If you chose sticker shipping for an item that needs tracking, then I will have to refund your order and you would have to re-purchase with the correct shipping.

When will you ship out my order?
Orders will be proccessed and shipped out between 3-5 business days depending on how busy the shop gets.

Can I cancel my order?
If I have not packed/shipped your order and it does not have tracking, then I can do a cancellation.
Pre-order included orders will NOT be allowed a cancellation as the funds are used to pay for the production of pre-ordered goods.

Returns
All sales are final, but there can be some exceptions depending on the circumstance. If there are any issues with your order please contact me within a week of receiving your order through my contact page.
